The Man Behind the Truck
Silas spent fifteen years in specialty coffee before he decided the only way to do it right was to do it himself. He roasts every batch in small lots, sources beans from farms he's visited personally, and has strong opinions about grind size that he will share with you whether you ask or not. He drives the truck on Tuesdays.
